Writing songs has had a fascination for me since the late 1970's when I first started messing around on guitar. I was particularly inspired by the punk rock scene at the time and later the electro-pop/new wave bands of the early 1980's. My own musical tastes are very wide, I enjoy all good rock music and many pop songs inspire me too.
